On Friday morning, December 25th. Mrs. Rachel McQuade in the 76th year of her age. The friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from her late residence, Cotton St, Manayunk, this (Monday) morning, December 28th at 10 o'clock. To proceed to Roxborough Cemetery.

Horace J. McQuade, a veteran employee of the Lehigh Valley Railroad Co., who retired in 1932, after serving the company for many years as purchasing agent, died yesterday morning at his home, 17 University court, South Orange, N.J. Mr. McQuade was married to Miriam Dietz, daughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. William Dietz, of Hazleton, who survives. Mr. McQuade entered the employ of the railroad company as an office boy and when he retired he had a record of 45 years of service. Funeral services will be conducted at the home in South Orange this afternoon. The cortege will come to Hazleton by motor on Thursday and interment will be made in the Vine street cemetery.
